Privacy Policy

Ball Knowledge ("we," "us") is a year-round, multi-sport fantasy league operated by DDA LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Account info. When you sign in with email or Google, we receive your email address and, from Google, your basic profile name. We use this to create your account and identify you within your leagues.
• Gameplay data. The leagues you join, your weekly drafts and picks, matchup results, and standings.
• Preferences. Settings you choose, such as whether you want draft-turn email notifications.
• Basic technical data. Standard information your browser sends (such as device and general usage), used to keep the service working and secure.

How we use it

• To run your leagues — drafts, scoring, matchups, and standings.
• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To send you sign-in links and, if you enable it, an email when it's your turn to draft.
• To improve the app and understand how features are used.

Email

We send transactional emails only: your sign-in (magic) link and, if enabled, draft-turn notifications. You can turn off draft-turn emails anytime in Profile › Notifications. We do not sell your email or send marketing spam.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the app, and share only what's needed for them to do their job:

• Supabase — authentication and database (stores your account and gameplay data).
• Google — optional sign-in.
• Netlify — website hosting.
• Google AdSense — displays ads to free-tier users and may use cookies to do so (see Advertising below).
• Stripe — if you subscribe to Pro, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Live sports statistics are provided by third-party data APIs and describe real athletes' public performances, not you.

Advertising

Free-tier users may see banner ads served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies to show relevant ads and measure performance. You can manage ad personalization in your Google account settings. Ball Knowledge Pro subscribers see no ads.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Advertising partners may set their own cookies as described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though signing in requires them.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@ballknowledgesports.com. We'll remove your personal data, except where we're required to retain limited records (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

Your choices

• Turn draft-turn emails on or off in the app.
• Upgrade to Pro to remove ads.
• Request access to or deletion of your data by email.

Children

Ball Knowledge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
